If you become a client, we also collect information needed to deliver the work you hire us for (e.g., system logins you explicitly grant access to, business data relevant to the automation we build). We do not collect information about you from third parties or data brokers.

To respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, deliver and support the services you've engaged us for, and send you service-related updates (appointment confirmations, project status, invoices). We do not use your information for anything beyond running the working relationship you started with us.

If you provide a mobile number and communicate with us by text, you may receive text messages from Understaffed Co. related to your inquiry or service (e.g., appointment reminders, follow-ups, project updates). Message frequency varies based on your engagement with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages — we will honor that request within 10 business days (in practice, immediately). Reply HELP for assistance. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., email hosting, SMS delivery, cloud infrastructure), and only to the extent needed to provide our services to you. We may disclose information if required by law.
